Jesana uses only premium make-up products from companies such as MAC, Urbandecay , Laura Mercier, Naked, Huda Beauty & more, to ensure a flawless finish & makeup that lasts. - Strip lashes are an optional extra for Special Occasion Makeup and subject to an additional charge depending on the brand & quality of the lashes chosen. A sensitivity patch test will be required at least 48 hours before application.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Booking deposits will only be refunded if at least 24 hours notice has been given. Acceptable means of cancelling are by phone or text only. Messages left on social media are not an acceptable way to cancel an appointment as these are not checked as regularly.
